Orientation Activities and Healthy Living
Parents' Day and Orientation Camp are organized to help parents and students understand the school better and adapt themselves to the new learning environment. Parents' Day and Orientation Camp also help students to set their goals for the new school year, which begins earlier in the second half of August. Religious Day Camp is conducted for all S.1 students. The camp aims to introduce students to the faith and core values of Christianity. The school brings students into the love of God, which helps cultivate loving and supportive attitudes among students. Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Annual General Meeting, A Parent's Night is held every year to enhance the communication and co-operation between parents and teachers. School Management Organisation:
We are a Christian secondary school sponsored by Lai Chack Middle School Limited. We have a director board and a Incorporated Management Committee consisted of alumni and elites from the society.
Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee:
Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) was set up on 30 August 2008. School affairs will be conducted in accordance with charter of IMC, education ordinance and code of aid.
School Green Policy:
Green Policy and Guidelines are set to help monitor and make adjustment to the air-conditioning settings in classrooms and energy consumption. The school also encourages students and teachers to eliminate and reduce the use of paper, reuse and recycle used materials. ECO Cutlery Sets are introduced. Kitchen waste is also collected to make organic fertilizer which will be used in school farming activities. To help our students understand the importance of improving the environment and securing sustainable development for our future generations, related information is introduced across the curriculum, such as in Geography and Liberal studies. Students’ awareness is further enhanced through OLE (Other Learning Experiences).

Whole-school Language Policy:
Since the school was founded, Chinese has been adopted as the medium of instruction to achieve the best teaching and learning results. At the same time, much emphasis has been put on enhancing our students' English proficiency and Putonghua has been included in the formal curriculum to enhance our students’ biliterate and trilingual abilities.
Learning and Teaching Strategies:
Our school has Chinese as the medium of instruction to equip students with a balanced development in moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual aspects. Through the study of different subjects, students' knowledge is enriched and their abilities to think, appreciate and create are enhanced. With the campus wide wireless LAN system, teaching and learning efficiency can be promoted. In accordance with EDB's guidance, we design curriculum that suit the standard of our students to ensure that they can put what they have learnt into practice.
The school strives to foster students’ abilities to learn independently and proactively and "Flipped Classroom approach" has been adopted, together with the implementation of learning reflection, self-directed and extended learning. Different learning and teaching strategies are implemented and adjusted according to learners’ diversity, so as to maximize learning efficiency and effectiveness.

Development of the Four Key Tasks:
The Reading Team is set up to foster the whole school approach reading programme. Online learning and tests are provided by different departments to help students acquire a self-learning habit. Moral and civic education is developed by Guidance Committee for the purpose of students' holistic development and life education.
Life Planning Education:
Seminars, activities, workshops and morel education lessons are organized to help students in junior forms begin a self-discovery journey to find out their interests, strengths and weaknesses. On the other hand, students in senior forms learn more about various paths to further their education and possible career prospects. Students learn to set personal goals and plan for their life. To provide students with real-life experience, our school also arranges workplace visits according to students’ abilities and interests. Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
Students' diverse learning needs are to be addressed by providing courses for individuals and small groups. This aims at enhancing learning and strengthening interpersonal skills. A caring culture is promoted to enable teachers and students enjoy a harmonious school life. Our school strives to fully utilize resources by providing extra classes to help students’ consolidate their learning. For instance, Enhancement Programme, Induction Programme, Homework Support as well as Gifted Programme are introduced and provided to elite and remedial students after school and on Saturdays.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education:
When it comes to Integration, Lai Chack Middle School adopts a whole-school approach to help students with special educational needs. All school personnel, including the school principal, teachers, school's social worker, teaching assistant, non-teaching staff, cooperate to help students with special needs. In order to enable curriculums and methodologies to meet the needs of all students, professional training and talks are provided to our teachers regularly, enhancing professional knowledge among teachers, as well as encouraging other school personnel to share responsibilities in looking after students’ individual differences and special needs. Students with special educational needs are integrated into mainstream class, whilst also occasionally withdraw for special tutoring. Dialogue between parents and the school is frequent to facilitate students’ learning. It is also our goal to ensure that our school’s assessment mechanism is fair to all students, including students with special educational needs. Hence, a harmonious environment with a caring, supportive and inclusive school culture is established in Lai Chack.

Others
In order to align with the New Senior Secondary (NSS) Academic Structure and foster whole-person development of each student, our school has further extended two campuses, Yat Fan Campus and Yeuk Chiu Campus. These well equipped campuses can provide our students with an ideal learning environment, and a lot of green elements which have been incorporated into the Yeuk Chiu Campus so that it can blend with the existing Kowloon Park harmoniously.
The new annex has an assembly hall, a library, an indoor playground and a rooftop garden. It provides a better teaching and learning environment for our students.
